Challenge: Established iconic retail brand of franchised retail stores. Stores working independent of one another in regards to marketing initiatives. Chain is looking at creating a stronger brand presence to drive new store growth.
Activity: Write business and marking plan to obtain support of parent band PPG. Create new franchise recruitment pack, local area marketing and social media strategy, rebuild online web presence and drive SEO, and create a content marketing strategy. Get all franchisees on board and supporting the new marketing initiatives.
Consequences: New website is launched aimed at the DIY female consumer, new social media presence is established for all stores and being actively managed. New local Area Marketing initiative being rolled out and tested in 2 locations.
